Tacoma Charter Review

Charter Review on City Council Agenda Tuesday July 9th
City Hall, 747 Market Street, Tacoma,
City Council Meeting starts at 5pm
You can attend in person or via zoom
www.zoom.us/j/84834233126 passcode 349099
Emails can be sent to cityclerk@cityoftacoma.org up to 24 hours prior to the meeting
Because this is on the agenda, people can speak towards the beginning of the meeting, during “Public Comment”. We are each supposed to get 2 minutes to speak, but be prepared for Council to reduce the time to 90 seconds. Once again.
On the Agenda: Council Members’ potential motions to move forward all/some/none of the charter amendments proposed by the members themselves as well as those proposed by the Charter Review Committee. Then next week on 7/16 will be the final vote, determining what will be on the November ballot for the public.
